Your tasks:

• Participation in the implementation of new projects.
• Capturing and processing quality data
• Maintains operational and technical documentation of sites related to quality (control plans, log tables)
• Maintaining records of complaints
• Material release
•  Collaboration within the company
• Analyzes measurements, suggests corrective actions leading to quality improvement
• Use of basic quality tools to systematically search for the causes of problems when dealing with quality defects - PSS problem solving method, PDCA

Your profile:

• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in a similar position
• Orientation in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 welcome
• Knowledge of 8D reports
•  Orientation in VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
• Technical and analytical thinking
• Nonconformity analysis and management of nonconforming parts
• Knowledge of drawing documentation
• Ability to work independently
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of basic quality tools: Ishikawa, 5why, etc.
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level for dealing with customers, German is an advantage
