2020 will be a decisive year in our company’s history: after Dr. Alexandra Wilden-Cetto and Maximilian Cetto in 2014 and 2018, respectively, with effect from April 1, the complete transfer of all shares to Ernst Cetto’s two children took place. In addition, both were appointed as managing directors of the group with sole power of representation.
At the same time, Ernst Cetto is leaving as partner and managing director and is retiring. The development of the cetto GROUP in its 42 years of management is a continuous success story – its services cannot be adequately recognized in just a few words. It is also his great success to get both children excited about the cetto GROUP: While Maximilian Cetto (B.Sc. Plastics Engineering and M.Sc. Industrial Engineering) is expanding his technical knowledge in project management and at the same time is already working as the company’s innovation manager Dr. Alexandra Wilden-Cetto (MSc in Business Administration and Doctor of Economics) will return to commercial management at the beginning of next year after the end of her parental leave.
With this step, the continuation of the cetto GROUP as a medium-sized, owner-managed company is ensured in the long term.
